When you go to buy a ticket you can select that as an option.

Do you need to have claimed the flexi ticket in the past @JamDrop or should it be applied automatically if eligible? It's not coming up as an option on mine so I wonder if that's because I didn't?

When they were first offered you had to say whether you wanted the £60 refund, the flexi tickets or the tickets to be donated to key workers by the club (if no answer was given then by the deadline they were automatically donated). I said I wanted the flexi. They have been sat in my account for last season and this. I tried to use one for my dad for the Peterborough game but it got called off so I need to see if he can still go when the new date is announced.

Thanks, I'd forgotten that and so mine were automatically donated - which is fine btw, I was just confused!

It was easy. Instead of selecting a card payment, or pay by my usual method, I just chose the third option which was the flexi. When you download it to your phone, or print it, it says Four Game Flexi/0.00 at the top (ie no charge).

I've got one for FGR on Saturday and then, presumably, two more to use. I'm one of the non-renewers this season so I don't feel guilty about using free tickets if they are available. I'm spending plenty on iFollow as well so all I am saving is the petrol money. It's hard making the effort to go though isn't it, when there is travelling involved :)

I selected the four game flexi option as well as JamDrop, not really thinking I would ever use them as I was a ST holder. I'm not this season though so I'm using them when I can. If things buck up in January I might buy a half season ticket. Or I may not bother. It's all in the air at the moment.

I’m exactly the same as you. Must admit I’d not noticed the flexi option and have bought tickets for a couple of games.

Daughter over on Saturday so might use this option.

Just had another look as I didn’t really have time at work. The flexi is showing on my page but not coming up as an option when it gets to paying for the ticket. Gonna have to ring the club.

Odd that it’s not the same for everyone but I’m sure they’ll sort you out. I was very impressed by the quick and understanding service when I called Tuesday morning requesting that they cancel my Lincoln ticket. They could have easily said no - it’s a free one. The box office staff must be the best part of the club at the moment.

I’d agree with that - consistently over 20+ years
