    BTW I disagreed at the time, but seeing the world in the following years has definitely changed my mind.

    Here’s a bit of logic that’ll make you think. ID cards would have meant no Brexit.

    I don't agree with the mandate for a CV passport, but I'd guess the logic is based on.the evidence you're less likely to get seriously ill or die if you're double jabbed.

    I disagreed with it at the time but I disagreed with alot of things tory blair did. I also disagree with twisting peoples arms to have a vaccine.

    Annoy me? I happily wear one, not to annoy folk like you do, i wouldn't have worn one if the vast majority weren't but they were so I put mine on to avoid the " Karens"

    I agree with that, the vaccine clearly works but trying to force people to have it this way is wrong in my opinion.

    Freedom day and we have the Prim-Minister, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and the Health Secretary all under Covld house arrest for 10 day's , I keep thinking I'm living a dream because of what's happening in this country.

    Can someone explain why nightclubs are open to everyone, the bulk of their clientele on one vaccine only, (no I can't provide a source, for the pedants, its an assumption) and now they've been given 10 weeks notice that they'll only be able to get in by showing they've been double dosed?
    I'm not questioning if it's right or wrong, I just don't get the logic that says we can have free for all but in 10 weeks time we're putting restrictions back? If they're gonna do it, do it now?
    They're still making this sh/t up on the hoof.

    Because it's impossible for their clientele to have been double dosed at the moment. It hasn't been available to them long enough. Banning them from living whilst allowing the elderly to do as they please is exactly what I posted about a while ago. Its something that they tried to avoid by acting like they didnt know whether the vaccine helps prevent the spread. Now that everyone knows it does they choose to segregate and operate a two tier society but know that they can't just bring it in tomorrow they have to at least give them a chance to take both doses before cutting them adrift.

    In my location over 18s have been able to have first dose a month ago, I don't think that's unusual? They are being called for second dose in a couple of weeks, the 12 week gap that I had seems to have come down, maybe Pfizer is different to AZ? So over 18s could be double dosed in 2 weeks if they get a rattle on, why give 10 weeks notice. Is it really all in the name of equality/discrimination?
    I'm guessing someone other than Boris has thought this a suitable plan? It amazes me that there are so many lunatics running the asylum.

    They havent relaxed all the rules in one day though? We've been slowly drip fed over several months.. you can now see 6 people outdoors, you can now see 6 people indoors, you can go in the pub garden for a drink, you can go in the pub for a drink etc. Also, 'freedom day' was pushed back a month lest we forget.

    Having just read the stats on deaths it’s clear if you are under 50 and fully vaccinated the chances of you either getting seriously ill or even dying is tiny, but I will continue to wear a mask and respect social distances because not everyone can get the vaccine.
