cheers pal, yeah it had the remainder next to it, which ive changed to record so hopefully all sorted

 

Sky told me can't record it (even though have a R next to it) but it will stay available to view for a period of time. No idea if true as first box office purchase

 

It says on their website t & c's that doing via sky box allows you only to record it. Baffled me.

So I'm doing it over the phone tomorrow instead.
