    Gayle played a good 2 yards ahead of the defenders in the hope that the linesman failed to notice him. Whenever he managed to touch the ball he was yards offside. That shot was ridiculously offside so not sure how anyone could class that as a chance

    The reason was I watched in a pub in the Canaries, with 10 Derby fans with no volume ,the only commentary I had was the England rugby match on the next TV.
    I never saw the flag go up so I thought it was a missed chance .
    In hindsight my poor little heart suffered for no reason.
