It starts at 11 pm and is only ten rounds. If he plays around it goes to points. If he take it seriously the 6/5 for Fury to win no later than the 6th should be buying money with the Bet365 Super Boost.
People keep saying if nganu lands his big shots. No offence I just can't see him having the feet to get him in to land the shots. Looks terrible on pads aswell.
Reckon that's why the start was so late, had to wait for today's ref to make it to Saudi to do the judging.
Can’t see Fury wanting to get in a ring with Usyk any time soon. Don’t be surprised if we get delays, excuses and then a retirement.
He didn't sound as interested anymore in the 23rd of December. He came out looking far worse even though he used an elbow.
Tyson just never took this fight serious, whatever your thoughts Tyson can tek a punch, an thats what makes him the fighter he is..
Fury looked awful - cumbersome and lethargic, few punches thrown and very little effort. I’d have said Ngannou on points, with both fighters very reserved to begin with, then Ngannou winning all the later rounds on realising Fury had no intention of actually hurting him.
Sadly boxing has deteriorated to this farce now. Most attempts to get 2 boxers at their absoloute peak in the ring either fail or drag on until one or both are past it and looking for a payday to end their career with. The multi belt format won't ever lend itself to benefit the sport for the public as they can charge more if they have a " World Champion" despite there being 2 or 3 other Champions at the same weight. can't see it ever improving now as this fight for cash proved. A uninterested Fury fights a guy who never earned the right to fight Fury in the first place. bring back Rocky Balboa....
Nahh forget Rocky Balboa, he's too busy making films with his mate John Rambo these days. We want to see Ivan Drago or Clubber Lang make a comeback lol.
Talk sport are right about fury. Dodged credable opponents at certain times. Talks in riddles. Will the usyk fight happen in Dec 23? Doubt it frank Warren was trying to get out of it last night because he has a bruise on his forehead. Blokes fought in title fights 6 times 3 against the same bloke and 2 against fellas he's already beaten before.
Talks sports response to fury effectively refusing to work with them anymore because he didn't like some of the things said about him.
If he fights Usyk, Usyk will probably kill him. He's just lost, and properly lost, to someone who has never previously been in a boxing ring. He won't fight Usyk, he'll come out with a load of excuses (and he should definitely go down that route), but if someone convinces him to take that fight (and tries to tell him he's something he's not) then they have his blood on their hands.
I would imagine he thought it would be easy & didn’t do his usual training camp. Probably didn’t bother with the PEDS, didn’t bother with decent sparring partners, didn’t bother doing as long a training camp & didn’t bother with a diet like normal. I’m just gutted I won’t get good odds on Usyk anymore.
Loving the back-pedalling from Warren over the December date. I still don’t think Usyk has the power to knock him over, but it was a terrible performance. Was weird to watch actually. Hard to believe it was the same fighter.
