    So you are saying that LJ has got no spine, I'm a joiner and if someone told me to hang a door upside down I'm pretty sure that I would tell them that its not a good idea.

    Not the same, and you know that. He's a Head Coach. Gets players brought in and coaches them.
    You're a joiner, you get doors bought for you, and you have to hang them. If you hang them upside down at some point you will be sacked, unless you learn.

    Point I'm making is that the Head coach/ manager should have the balls to say what is the right way to do the job based on his experience. If its ok to blame the owners and recruiters when we don't win then any of us could be head coach. To move foreward I think that LJ has to simplify things and have a go at teams without the fear of losing and add 2 or 3 experienced players in Jan.

    I once saw a so called joiner put architraves on the wrong way round and he didn't get sacked so maybe there is hope for all of us. Ha Ha.
