He scored a cracker last night in the 5th place play off... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEVVlhE5mw0
Do you think he's good enough for the championship level? He looks it to me (big, strong, fast, scores plenty), but I only see the highlights, not full games of him.
Tough to say, I haven't seen any full games for a while (got a stack of DVD's at home I've been meaning to get through). He's not that big, only 5 foot 9. Bit of a poacher, there's been a fair few tap-ins. He played in the Netherlands previously playing with NAC Breda and Roda. Wasn't profilic for NAC but was one in three for Roda. I think he'd struggle. To give you an idea, Nick Carle (Bristol C/Palace) and David Carney (Blunts) were two of the better A-League players to move over. Carle hasn't pulled up any trees but he's worth about a million pounds. Carney is overrated and is not in the frame under Blackwell (signed by Robson). I think the standard for the moment is upper league one. The recruiting ground will continue to be Australian youth players. Bruce Djite and Nathan Burns are two that moved to Turkey and Greece respectively from Adelaide.
