Game changing subs.

    On the original topic I agree Hemmings and Berry could be best game changing subs in the squad. I base Hemings on his goalscoring record and Berry on people I know from Cambs. Nothing we have seen indicates whether this works or not here as we haven't seen anything to say so. It does bring me to a point I've made previously that the squad right now doesn't seem big enough in terms of experience. Also physically presence seems to have been lacking. Maybe loanees right now would help and see how the young uns develop next 6 months. To add also that the game changing options don't just come from substitutions alone, do we have a Plan B in terms of formation, tactics, approach mid game?

    Good post mate. Nice to see you take time to think about the questions being asked rather than immediately go on the defensive about our younger players.
