First season I started watching - every game we lost home and away couldn't eat ne tea that season. But a great last day of season game (4-2 at home to Torquay saw us stay up and them go down, Bert Tindall hat trick). It still spoils the weekend now when they lose, should have taken up stamp collecting. Got to say that those who were supporters in the 60s to late 70s have suffered most pain

    Hehe, i remember that

We were walking it with 7 minutes to go then. 4 goals in the space of 5-6 minutes. Towards the Spion Kop if i remember correctly.

I remember the 8 fans they had in the West stand went potty!

    RE: Oldham 3 - 2 Barnsley

The Oldham game was made worse by the fact we should have scored 5 or 6 easy!!

Stoke at home last season - I was fuming for days!

Sheff U away in the play-off season.....

They equalised to make it 3-3 with the last kick after they should have been out of sight. Had we won that night I reckon we'd have gone on to get automatic. Also the Ipswich 3-3 still gives me nightmares.

Every time i've been to Hillsbrough

Always come out feeling sick, especially when we lost in the Premiership, was sat in the Wednesday end because we couldn't get a ticket for the away end and my cousin (who's a dee dah) could get cheap tickets cos he worked in the Hillsbrough box office. i was only 8 and we nearly got kicked out because mi dad jumped up when Redders scored that thumping free kick. when they scored in the last minute everyone was looking at us n laughin, it wa like being booted in the b******s

Stoke last season as Sunderland the season before where Dean Whitehead caught the ball in his arms then looked around in a nervous way before booting it away out of his hands and the liner never saw anything of it, surprise surprise when he had Roy Keane chomping in his ear all afternoon

Northampton h 0-2 New Years Day in about 2003.

out in Cornwall New Years Eve drove all the way up in driving rain with a ******* great hangover to watch that abysmal performance. Felt sick all day and that made it 10 times worse - convinced we were going down to League 2.

was physically sick about 1/2hr after the final whistle

Can't believ no-one's said Leicester relegation confirmed from Prem

I was doubly gutted that day. Relgation was bad enough, but I also spent 45 mins fending off verbal & physical abuse from "fellow Reds fans" who took exception to our requests for them to sit down. Worst day at a football match ever.

one of the best reds games I have been to

mid week derby night match away end sold out if I remeber correctley? End to end all the way throughout, I remember the bloke next to me go mental when they equalized and getting all the reds fans chanting again!

    But then.......................Curtis you tit!

Wendy away always painful especially with Brunts last minute goal on his weaker foot when all day he had been putting shots out of the ground left right and centre.

    Luton last minute........................Vito you tit!
