    I think basically they thought something up to get everyone off their backs after the sacking and then when it finally came to wednesday thought 'we really didnt think that statement through did we' lol

    Give Mellon a few games while they interview Danny & co. and pick the best man for the job. Easy.

    It's ********, mate and an insult of our intelligence that they put **** like that out. It does doesn't matter in terms of our season but it should make Mansford realise that it's gonna need more than a new badge to change things.

    I think wellsies post is offensive - making a trivial quip which will be distressing to genuine insomniacs.

    I think actually the clubs only mistake was the original website article referring to Wednesday - if they had said they wont be making further comments until there is actually something to say that wouldnt have caused the minor hole they dug

    I am sure the significance of Wednesday was purely they wanted to focus on the Brighton game and so wanted to be clear there wouldnt be anything until afterwards. That of course was taken by some that there would be something to say on Wednesday

    I just don't get what the fuss is. I think we've got more to worry about at the minute than a crappy statement on the site.
