    Mawson has had more shockers than Smith this season but doesn't seem to get the criticism. I've not been impressed with Mawson so far.

    Roberts is the fall guy when LJ wants to play Mawson and Nyatanga at CB, he's played better than both these this season but not faultless

    Of the three is say Mawson has had the best season followed by Nyatanga and then Roberts.

    I do rate Roberts but not sure he's fully recovered after the shocker that was Rochdale. The other two are more consistent.

    All about opinions but I don't think any of our CBs have shown any consistency. I think we're weak there tbh.

    Agree with this. To be honest (and may be a controversial view) - this season has made me realise how good Cranie actually was. We look much less solid this year without him there as a steadying influence in my opinion.

    From the first time I saw him I said he wasn't very good, to be fair he has improved this year,his our best option because we have no one else! He isn't as sound defensively as some on here say, as we all no offers nothing going forward. I do think it's worrying that Johnson hasn't brought another left back in nyatanga isn't good playing their.
