    George Smith, Ben Williams, George Williams, Tom Kennedy, Neil Austin, Tom Williams, Cavare. All crap on the overlap.

    Curtis, Eaden, Thompson, Barnard, Yiadom all good on the overlap.

    Unless they're solid defenders they have to offer something else.

    This lockdown must be seriously affecting my memory or the hydroxychloroquine is giving me delerium, but I seem to remember Odejayi running the length of the pitch at Oakwell, beating several players and scoring a goal I think it was against Scunthorpe?
    Is this a figment of my imagination or can anyone confirm this?

    I always thought Smith was decent!

    We released him and Williams and then ended up with Gething Jones and Callum Elder...

    Surprised it's not really working out for him

    For a young un with no experience he dint do too bad, but he came into a mediocre side, for some lads to make it they need to come into successful sides or be given time.

    Think elder and jones came abit after we released smith if I remember right we loaned one to replace bree and I'm not sure if yiadom was injured at the time aswell. Both were disappointing to say the least.

    Yeah Smith and Williams went in the summer to be replaced by Cole Kpekawa (dud) and Yiadom who was excellent. In Jan we sold Bree and had to get Elder and Jones in. They weren't great, but Jones might've made a decent full back in time.

    The next summer we ended up with Jason McCarthy who I really thought was terrible and Zeki Fryers who wasn't up to much either.

    The grass isn't always greener! Although Williams is probably the one we should've kept on.

    No wonder he's suffering from mental health problems. Realising you're 5hite and might have to enter the real world after having your arse wiped in the footballing world is a disaster.

    It would be for anyone. Footballers sacrifice a lot of the tools necessary for everyday life living in the bubble. Harry Redknapp would be lost without Sandra.

    Now Smith is in the non League he's playing for his crust, literally.

    How is he only 25? Seems an absolute age ago that he played for us.

    He wasn't bad, quite raw when we had him but not the worst full back in the world.

    Just read some of the comments above about being the worst ever Barnsley player. They're either misremembering, or don't get to many games, that's for sure.
