    Fat bag of hay in a suit, makes a statement without any chance for cross examination like in North Korea.
    All to try and look prime ministerial and get folk to forget the past 10 days.
    Made a statement before the NHS are told about the ins and outs by all accounts. Equals NHS staff working all Christmas and New Year and plenty more appointments getting cancelled.

    Bringing in army and cancelling appointments to make sure boosters are rolled out quickly. A tsunami is coming.
    3 word slogan, get boosted now., to save our way of life.
    No mention of the how, so usual stuff.
    NHS staff will all be working weekends and extended hours. Guess he got a NHS staff Tree for Crimbo.

    T cells and antibody tests not given a mention as Pharma companies cannot have people getting checked first to see if they actually need a jab. Boris trying to scare the nation when hospital admissions and patients are not going up. We've even got deaths going DOWN.

    Leave, Christmas or otherwise should be exactly as normal because this virus (and it's variants) now seem with us for the foreseeable. No justification therefore for unilaterally varying NHS workers' contracts.

    That’s fair enough mate......everyone to there own......but we as a country have vaccines available for all supposedly, so for life of me I cannot believe why there’s any objection to giving them to protect people’s health....end off

    And I don't blame her. 21 months into this and all other arguments aside the continued underfunding and shambolic running of the NHS is the biggest disgrace of all.

    Where's all the new NHS staff coming from?
    He's trying to get numbers up and called in the army. No cross examination about his statement, anyone would think the whole.thing was planned to cover up the past 10 days.
    He's not told us anything new, he's just farted out a new 3 word slogan.

    would you prefer to see a dashboard that shows exponential hospital admissions and increase in deaths, before agreeing to get a potentially preventative booster jab?

    Speak to Johnson and any one who voted tory. Nurses are more likely to go on work to rule than working additional shifts given latest RCN ballot.

    Though in fairness she’s just got home 2 hours after her shift finished which happens at least twice a week so you could be right she could be a mug again.

    I'm getting mine this week, and most folk I know have had it or are booked in for one.
    The point of this broadcast was political, to look like he knows what he's doing. To try and head off another rebellion in Parliament.
    Like I've previously stated he's making these statements, but NHS bosses haven't been told how it's going to be delivered in the most part. So yet another Christmas where all qualified NHS staff will be working.

    We worked it out with the extra unpaid hours she works she would be better off in terms of hourly rate working for Aldi

    We all know he is a ****, but people not getting vaccines are even bigger ones and therefore give him a stage to say what he just as!.......if people just got it done am sure we would be in a far better place
