    All this re-setting from scratch every other year does nobody any good.

    And it doesn't work

    We simply cannot keep chalking fkuc on it, not with so many other ways to spend your leisure time these days.

    If we'd just got the experience right at key times I think the model is fine
    This year we needed the experience in midfield and in manager ( at least 2nd time round and I think first time round too based on how many senior members of all departments had left).

    I take your point however I am merely pointing out that you do not have to be Barcelona to have 21 points more than us , the shame is not that Derby & a cart more clubs are already past that point because they are better sides , the shame is that we are not competing with the poorer clubs in the league, we have only got 14 points & unless we pick up points then what is the reason to compare us to anyone , we are simply the worst team in the league by a country mile .

    I was watching soccer special and it's becoming inevitable that we'll lose games. I was just waiting for Blackburn to score. Even when Murray said we were having good passages of play. I knew we'd concede first. When we equalised I knew we'd go behind again. The team doesn't have any backbone at all.

    I think our model has been proven to work in L1 but has never been adequately tweeked for arguably the 5th best league in Europe.
    I mean yes, Sol and Matty James were exceptions but were signed under a backdrop of screams for help by those who know the game

    To be fair it worked well last season & only required more of the same & a bit of investment , however the rest they say is history
