FLASH ! Ahhhh Ahhhhhhhh - He'll save everyone of us.... My advice. Don't have back-slapping sex over a hot Aga whilst holding a glass of wine each, singing "just like watching Brail" and doing the 'hokey-cokey'
Assuming you mean within a certain time before making a claim......... .......my questions to the insurers would be - Am I not immediately insured? Does nothing bad ever happen shortly after the sale of a policy? And how do you age wine in a keyboard? Also - how would you like to f.uck straight off you skanking b.astards? Are you Rob Knowles?
RE: Assuming you mean within a certain time before making a claim......... It would be a permanent record of a policy change which would cause the handler to call policy services and confirm what change was made. He would have been covered anyway so to alter the policy and make a fraudulent claim could have resulted in his policy being cancelled for no extra gain. It's very difficult to prove insurance fraud but this is a key indicator and would have led to a referral. Yes, things do happen shortly after the sale of a policy, they are investigated and genuine claims are paid. I wouldn't know about aging wine in a keyboard but do no that suppliers do use forensic techniques in certain cases - although not often and most of them van't be arsed. Insurance policies are worth it if you understand the terms and conditions, most of it is common sense and people are covered for things that they didn't expect. That's not to say that I enjoyed my time in insurance and didn't feel sorry for people if they weren't covered. I'm not Rob Knowles, I have never spied on anyone. I cannot speak for the insurers on this matter.
