    True but the premise here is to give Flicker more when he is under pressure - not when he is doing well.

    It's all a gamble, and he has brought in some promising players.

    Can he do summat with em, or not? Remains to be seen but I don't think giving him 2 years helps. A word in his ear representing confidence coming from on high ought to be all he can expect. A proper vote of confidence, which he deserves because we were down last season till he took over.
