I've had my sons third shirt cancelled this afternoon and a voucher for 25%. Not a chance am I spending a penny with that shower, take control BFC and get shut of them.

 

Different shade of blue as well. Pink ones are the same apparently

 

FFS! A replica shirt that’s not the same shirt and has no sponsor. Might as well have just bought any old top from Sports Direct and sewn a club badge on.

 

Can I check. Allegedly my sons Gk shirt is meant to be on its way. Had you had an email to say it was dispatched before it was cancelled?

It’s like a cheap knock off from the market except it’s not cheap and you could have taken it home the same day you bought it from market.

Your language is a bit strong. It’s a **** up with a football kit that will of course have disappointed many and is not acceptable but they havent committed war crimes!

Come on Barnsley fc someone needs to take ownership of this, these are our supporters and this is our shirt with our badge on.

 

I'm genuinely surprised that the club have resorted to deafening silence mode when the situation continues to deteriorate so badly. Delayed orders are now becoming cancelled, incomplete or sub-standard deliveries and the lack of options in the club shop after it's so-called summer re-vamp are an ongoing reminder of the situation.

The club shop staff are undoubtedly going to bear the brunt of customer frustration when they have to tell people they can't get items, or can't return them other than via Fanatics at a cost, for a situation that is totally out of their control. It's not a great advert for staff welfare to simply stand back and allow this to happen.

 

Have to say I normally hold my own council when it comes to criticising the club as I don’t feel it achieves a lot but in this instance after the last fan engagement, it is nothing but poor from them.
The issue of manufacturing is not with them or fanatics either and is not restricted to us or even football but they promised to look into it and come back and to date not a peep on the subject.

 

I wonder if the club shop staff even work for the club anymore. If fanatics run the shop wouldn't the staff in the shop work for them?
