Consider it a part repayment for the many Girl Fridays we've had the pleasure of (not literally unfortunately)

It's surprising the difference a week can make in football

The first victory of the season, what appears to be a decent signing in Gray, rumours of more signings to come, passion & commitment returned to the team, optimism amongst the vast majority of fans.
Hopefully, we can get three points on Saturday and start to push up the league. I'm certainly far more positive than I was at the beginning of the month.

All three goals for us showed quality. the Ice Man in the second's attacking run and ball were brilliant, as was the through ball to ADS

Based on limited info from watching these highlights

Of our "big name" "untouchable" players Darren Moore must be next in line to get dropped

    If we had any alternatives

... as the man said, "based on limited info". I got the same impression from the highlights. Glad it wasn't representative of his form the rest of the match.

Correct. Moores best game this season by far. He will always become the scapegoat because he isnt pretty to watch. When he gets it he hoofs it. But to be honest - i dont mind that. He doesent do silly things and attempt things his capabilities dont allow him to do. IE - Dribbling round 4 opposing players and backheeling it to Colace!! While ever its 50 yard up the pitch it waint be going in the back of our net!!

    Lay off him!

Totally agree mate, proper 'no nonsense' defender .....

... which is what's needed on lots of occasions, especially away from home when you are under the cosh for long spells

    That 2nd goal

Derby fans were booing as if Colace had shot Commons or sumat, i thought at the time he'd dived but they were booing it for ages. It was a clear dive, the cheating barsteward, justice was done.

    He's here, he's there, he's every f*ckin where..Darren Moore, Darren Moore.

i thought he was on borrowed time after his start to the season but the last couple of away games he's been solid and l saw him out run a young Watford forward and play the ball back to the keeper, not many can say that!
