Good old Gordon - really helped to stabilise the clubs finances

especially after the balls up Ridsdale made

I met him after the Southend game last season and he was a good bloke and gave us some interesting info re past transfer targets

A very hard act to follow .Makes you proud to be a Barnsley fan, a football club run by a Barnsley supporter who had time for everyone and their point of view. How many Chairmen would be as accessible as Gordon.
Set a president on how to run a football club properly on a limited Budget with potential for future success.
