    Got the letters...

    But I think the points Terry Nutkin's makes were absolutely spot on. Text can be construed in so many different ways. I've read the letters and don't think that Gordon comes across as arrogant or patronising but then I've spoken to him and it's clear that was never his intention.

    He's quite happy for them to be posted but I'm not sure it would really acheive anything.</p>

    It's up to the three of you I suppose

    If you, GS and Tyketalker think posting them is a good idea then go for it. If you did I'd definitely read them, but the only reason I could give for doing that is that I'm a proper nosey Barsteward.

    I would have thought that if GS had a problem he would have contacted the dissatisfied customer directly.

    Anywhere in his letter does GS admit that the clubs official site gave out the wrong date?

    And up until less than half an hour ago it still read as saturday at 12 noon? And does he at any point in his letter apologise for this mistake?</p>
