    Agree with you re Taylor and the misrepresentation of his comments and had to smile about your solicitor mate.

    Much the same at the Bar. Not all that often when you come across a defendant with a good run who should get off.

    Had I been briefed I would have put Evans in that category and considered the conviction a dreadful result on the evidence.
