Yup. It was like the tea at a cricket match. Cream pie & Tiramasu sat next to each other. I thought her partition had perished at one point. Nice lass though.
look the pair of ya There is no use trying to put a tack where a nails been so you might not have bothered trying. The phrases 'didnt touch the sides' and 'like wearing my daddys wellies' were discussed after your efforts. And you may as well have thrown the cream pie! Didnt even finish getting your y fronts down before you blew your tattie watter! (lol) in your dreams! ff
Yeah, yeah, yeah. She was like a rag doll between us. She's just trying not to hurt your feelings. Her exact words were ''Can we book the Ibis every week?''. We are putting pics of her being DP'd on the HP website (Hartog / Ponty). She's a very hungry girl. She seems to be on a high protein diet. I think she said you are a very poor carpenter. 'Has trouble with wood' I think she said.
RE: Buy any widescreen TV you want AH...but 95% of programmes are now in widescreen. I know what you mean though - looks *****. Wonder why all the shops show 4:3 pictures on 16:9 TV's?
95% of programmes are now in widescreen? Where does that come from - I presume you mean new programmes. As it's still only a small percentage of channels that are widescreen - currently watching Paramount. At least it looks like we'll get the World Cup in widescreen.
RE: Buy any widescreen TV you want My mate hated widescreen TV's cause he thought it made it look like the picture had been squashed top to bottom. Until I showed him the various settings depending on the type of programme you were watching. I do find I have to set friends and familes TV's up though when they've bought one - amazing how many people haven't set their digital box up to output a 16:9 picture and instead just have a 4:3 output stretched - simply to check as well....go on BBC News and if the caption is right in the corner then the box output is wrong.
RE: Buy any widescreen TV you want Yep...I meant on the main 2 channels 95% widescreen (that's my excuse anyhow).....now, a survey - if you went into a number of houses with Freeview/Sky boxes and widescreen TV's...how many would be set at 16:9? Not many I suggest.....
RE: Buy any widescreen TV you want I suspect a very large percentage would have the box outputting a 4:3 signal and they'd be stretching it. I've known people who are quite technically minded and they don't realise. It's not surprising though - I paid extra for my TV to be connected up (useful caus the stand would have taken me all day) yet they didn't touch the Sky box to set that up. Also a colleague at work had an argument with a TV engineer who insisted his TV was set wrong because he had black lines down the sides of a 4:3 broadcast. When I went looking for a TV I knew more about them than the guy in the shop - went into Dixons and asked to see a particular set with Sky connected to it and they said they couldn't do that as "it was too much hassle"!
RE: Buy LCD? The type of telly does not matter ,the fact is .***** like celebrity big brother. Is still ***** ,irrespective of format.
