Grammar Help Needed

Marvellous fella

Mr Jarvis... brilliant bloke... strict, but fair, and was great to me.
Had a 20 year reunion last year & he turned up. Remembered pupils like it was yesterday.

met him several times since 71, he only had time for good pupils and boxers, I wernt either hated the tw@t

 

Well my sisters were the good pupils - top of the class types with me in their shadow ... but when I won the Cross Country, beating my older sister, he pulled me aside & said he knew how difficult it had been for me & was genuinely pleased that I'd done something to outshine my sisters for a change.- still one of the most memorable things that happened to me at school.

 

when you was there it wernt a grammar school it was comp(girls allowed) not in my time that m8
