So encouraging this **** to continue among the younger fanbase? It's time to leave all this behind, in the history books where it belongs.

There’s little wrong with having an inner Peter Pan, but when there’s also an inner Alf Garnett, that becomes an issue.

Every time I see him on social media I get the impression that he loves playing the clown to the audience, and those encouraging him are laughing at him and not with him.

Is it the clown in him or seeking popularity? Regardless of who like or dislike him.
We had cheerleaders (Zigga zagga and his mate who I forget his name) in my younger days and they were generally liked by most young and old.
Granty seeks notoriety imo (hence the shirt removal, whatever floats your boat. But harmless enough), but only from what I've seen is, it only comes from the younger end, (we've all been young once believe it or not lol, and some songs were far more distasteful by todays standards "referees a b'std". One that I never joined in on was the "Harry Robert's" one. The Racist s4it came along well after my singing days were over. awful to hear). But that doesnt mean to say some of todays aren't.
My previous post doesn't agree with the song.(much worse around btw) Cos tbh I struggled to hear the lyrics (and didnt know Granty was cheerleading) and i had to look em up. It was the high pitched noise I could hear in the distance that made me chuckle.

Mind you I'd rather hear that, than my Mrs or my youngest attempt to sing.
    A little chuckle to missen.
My youngest lol at Assembly was told to mime. Genuinely. By the headmaster. Hemingfield junior and infants. We laugh now but what a s4It thing to say to a child.
He was alway wanting to do kids karaoke on holiday, Used to empty the place. I once did a duet wi mi mrs. "I got you babe" never again lol. I just stared at her wondering wtf. When it came to her bit.

So people can't comment if they don't go to as many games as him?

Be plenty of folk on here giving it the 'be kind' on social media.

You're talking about a real bloke with kids, family etc. Not some celeb - a kid from town. Have a word with yourselves.

If you're gonna put yourself out there, like he's clearly happy to do, I think it's fair that he should expect some criticism. Particularly with this particular chant he's got going, and some of his other behaviour. He gets plenty of support too tbf.

If he's singing about Ten German Bombers, then there's only one person who needs to have a word with themselves.
