Arlington Rd was a good one Jeff Bridges becomes obsessed that Tim Robbins is a terrorist and it takes over his life Robbins frames Bridges at the end and everyone who knew him accepts that Bridges has to be guilty A rare occurence where the good guy loses
Vanishing Act Not the greatest of movies but a real twist at the end. This was a TV movie with Mike Farrel (BJ Hunnicut off MASH), Fred Gwynne (, Margot Kidder, and Elliot Gould. Worth watching if it comes on. But you can't see it twice!
Shattered With Tom Berenger in it. Can't quite remember the exact ending as it was ages ago since I watched it but I can remember being stunned. Top film.
Not the greatest, but very good.... ... The prestige.. with Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale. I'll not say anything else in case you've not seen it.
certainly not the greatest but the one that made me jump the most........ the end of Carrie !! jumped out of my skin
For action, and to keep you guessing its gotta be the Itialian job!! YOUR ONLY SUPPOSED TO BLOW THE BLODDY DOORS!
it's all 23, it's all 23! What a load of bo..... I was hoping the guy was gonna turn out to have some obsessive compulsive disorder or something, that would have made it good film!
Don't know about greatest but all three Bournes when Extreme Ways comes in are brilliant.
Seabiscuit.
Chocolat.
Gladiator.
Last of the Mohicans.
Wicker Park.
The Abyss.
The Railway Children.

I think its all down to personal choice and what it does for you, normally emotions The closing song has a big say to it i reackon, like Windy says with Extreme Ways (Bourne) it just sends a shiver down your spine and leaves a good feeling in you.I prefer that rather than a twist,i'll go with my faves, in no particular order 25th Hour - When Brian Cox is talking over the scenes as he drives Ed Norton out through the desert to a new town and a new home. The credits roll to the drum intro of 'The Fuse' off Springsteens 'The Rising' album.Gets me everytime, was holding back the tears at the cinema Man On Fire - When big Denzel rescues Dakota Fanning if you didn't have a tear in your eye you haven't an emotion in your body Gangs Of New York - DeCaprio talking as the viewer see's a view of Manhatten from the Brooklyn side of the river, the view is stitched together showing how the city changed from the five points to the WTC site just before Bono kicks in with the opening line to 'The Hands That Built America'. Shivers down the spine time True Romance - Alabama talking over the outro as she drives the injured Calrence down the freeway as Hans Zimmer 'The carnage of the day' plays.Awesome You see for me its not about twists and action scenes, its the coolness and emotion Love it
