    Could be any of the above I guess? Depends on the name in some circumstances though. For example, I would argue that Tarquin Portobello-Pumblechook probably falls into the trust fund category..

    I think there is a conspiracy behind keeping coal in reserve. I don't know what it is. However, I think it's fishy not using such a valuable resource so easily at our disposal and it being purely down to emissions.
