Although we were in the 4th Division the entertainment levels could always be raised by a dog on the pitch at some point, with the ref trying to rugby tackle it. At least that's how I remember the 70's?
Lad spoke to Paul at Dove last night, booked a table for 7pm Monday. So far so good. Just got e-tickets, ground entry time 7:00 to 7:15. Bugger.
I'm really surprised that the club didn't communicate that there would be entry times of over an hour before kick-off. Is that a suggested time or a time that has to be stuck to or no entry? There could be loads of people who applied and got tickets who can't make that time but could easily have made around 8 pm. I imagine there'll be a few people on their own who won't want to be sat outside for that long too.
I have 5 tickets - 3 now allocated to different email addresses but 2 for children who don't have an email registered on the network. Not sure what happens in this instance? Anyone else in the same boat?
No you only get yours the others go direct to the other 3 in your group to their registered email I just got mine and I wasnt the lead booker has my name and ST (reserved +) number on the eticket but does refer to the lead booker in the text So no alcohol no glass bottles or cans but you can bring your own drinks in bit limiting that oh and take a book to read whilst waiting for Kick off
Would you have expected a 6:45pm - 7pm (and possibly earlier) entrance time though? It wouldn't have stopped me as I would have been able to get there in time and I don't mind spending time alone but it would have been helpful to have told people before they applied.
Pretty confident these will be suggested times. Just like it says ‘please take your seats 30 minutes before kick off’ on normal match tickets.
So I'm assuming we have to turn up at our designated time. What a carry on! (Not blaming the club here) as a one off I'll put up with it but no way on earth would I be willing to do that regular.
Has anyone completed their covid return which came with their e ticket, I have and sent it off, but no acknowledgement they have received it OK, is that others experience
Tbh yes I'd say any time from 2 hours before kick off would be likely. There's 4500 to get into the stadium. In a socially distanced way.
Not sure why we should assume that tbh. I can’t physically get there before 7.30, and obviously I’m not expecting to be turned away.
