yes

often ask why kids misbehave , well if adults fail to set an example then what hope is there ?

football is a passionate game , no problems with that but if a 50 year old man cannot see that calling some one a ******* for merely letting the ball roll under is foot is wrong then i give in

A copper asked me to tone my language down. Normally I wouldn't have minded, but it was during the Mike Sheron era, so most of it was directed at our team!

i suppose there were 5,000 of his mates waiting to pile in after him?

hysteria spreads. There is a big difference between somoe nipping to get a ball back and a direct act of breaking the law which we are all reminded of before the game!

Why cant people just celebrate in the stands with each other where they are supposed to?

If were at a fishing match i suppose to be a proper supporter of fishing, if yer mate caught one you would have to dive in and swim with em eh!? lol

    The Scenario For Nudger.......

is will he be fine with someone walking into his house without permission ? Because he's making all forms of trespassing sound the same.

I was told off at Grimsby.

A couple of seasons ago as I was told my language was inappropriate and I could be ejected...just as loads of drunken Barnsley blokes rolled in late effing and blinding...but the stewards didn't hear them...only me. Football is a passionate game and I wasn't causing trouble, just expressing myself!

    Behave- thats utter b0llocks

Parents have a choice to make. They can take their children into the family stand with like minded people if they want to keep out of the way of the odd swear word or w@nker sign.

If they take them into other areas of the ground, they are fully aware that they may hear swearing and other behaviour not fit for their kids. Same if they take them away.

If I want to call the ref a w@nker, or an opposing player one for being sh*t, then I will. I will not check for kids before using such language.

Why should you be entitled to give a w@nker sign to anyone?

Just because you're at a match? Grow up.

If you think that taking the kids into the family area protects them from hearing swearing etc you should think again. It is not a separate area as such, it is just one small corner of the main stand. They are still surrounded by swearing fans. They are still able to hear the swearing etc, see any violent conduct, see so-called fans invading the pitch. If we want fans of the future to behave in a better way, we should all take responsibility for it. And as for someone of 50 behaving in the way mentioned, I think it is quite disgraceful, and maybe next time the policeman should eject him from the ground for foul and abusive language. Why do people think they can behave like that just because they are at a football match ????
