What time you going down? I usually go in the morning about 9 or 10.

Had one try to get me signed up for a PT, she damned near killed me on the free trial workout! Don't deny it would have done me good but can't be paying that on top.

As far as I'm aware the cheapest is Lifestyle fitness on Shambles Street where Dunnes Stores used to be. It'll cost you £17.99 per month plus £20 joining fee if you sign up for 12 months. Or it's £21.99 per month and £25 joining fee on a non-contract basis. They do deals on single payments too. My nephew goes there, he's a gym freak, goes every day and says it's as good if not better than the other more expensive options. None of this off-peak stuff either, you can go when you like. No pool though.

I work shifts so the off peak hours wirk for me at Dw fitness.

Can be quiet early mornings and afternoons so you have access to all equipment plus free parking and pool/sauna facilities and also classes to join during the day such as spinning.

If your just wanting a gym, I know BPL charge £15 a month at the Hyman in Cudworth, not sure if they do the same for the Metrodome too. Then it goes up a little nit if you want to use the other facilities, such as swimming pool, squash courts, badminton courts, golf course at Wombwell etc etc.
