The pub next to University halls for University of West London (Brentford), had the cheek to charge £4.10 for a pint. Bizarre how many students still went to that place every night!!

Brentford is not even classed as london technically, and is certainly not anywhere near central.

Sometimes it seems like there's one on every corner! How much is the lager in there? I know that the spirits are a bit pricy, but I only ever drink the bitter.

Although sometimes some joker will order a bottle of oatmeal stout or similar at ~£4 when it's my round...

Went to Holiday Inn at Dodworth last night

Pint of Peroni £4.50. First round, Pint Becks and wine, £6.60. Second round, identical, £7.80. Mate paid £4.35 for a pint of Boddingtons.

There were more bottles hidden under the tables than there were behind the bar. I found a bottle of Rose in a bush outside.
