I agree with him. He was brilliant for Barnsley. I was gutted when he left. Always wanted the best for him. Hope he realises it was a tiny minority. Would take him over Vaz Te any day of the week.
Its a fake account. Been rumbled a couple of times by Wolves and Huddersfield. He keeps changing his twitter name.Don't give this sad fecker oxygen. Some lonely people out there pretending to be something they ain't.
I booed, nervously. I can't blame him for going to a premiership club for more money, I would have myself. I was booing in hope that it would affect his confidence, we know what sort of goals he's capable of scoring at Oakwell!
It must be a bitter pill for Adam to swallow, having got his dream of premiership football with Wolves and looking forward to becoming established at that level, only to find the escalator heading down at such a rate that his once premiership club have now succombed below his former club. That's life sometimes and it is hard to take. I always thought Adam was an excellent signing for us and did, as he says, always give his best. Maybe it shows some of his frustration about Wolves current situation that he heard only the boos last night and not the applause. If I had been there, I would have applauded. I don't suppose the boos were that hostile, Adam. It just seems to be what happens these days. Better to recall that, even against that peer group pressure, a good number gave him a clap.
IF it is him, no he didn't really. Said those who didn't boo were in a 'small minority' - which wasn't the case.
From the back of the Ponty it sounded like it was the minority who did boo. Maybe it sounded worse at pitch level though.
Quite a lot booed. And we were treated to a round of 'one greedy basterd'. Trouble is, silly young uns start the chants off trying to be clever, and the even younger impressionable ones join in. Hammill will be thinking that's how he's thought of generally, which is not the case.
Well I booed him Adam was a brilliant player for our club I was disappointed when he left but not surprised and I certainly didn't begrudge him the chance of playing in the premier league. I booed him because he was an opposing player, in a very crucial game with the hope that it might take his mind off of the game, it clearly worked. I also booed their other substitute too.
