all this age thing is crap..............if he was good enough, he would be in the liverpool team NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he'll probably get a chance, but doubt he'll make it. lower-ish prem side or top championship is where id expect him to be at soon. if he stays with us, wow, id love it. awesome player.
Boro go down, cash in on Downing and Hammill would be an ideal replacement for them! A full season under his belt in a decent side and he's ready for the Premiership!
How would you compare him to (say) Michael Tonge or Chris Brunt? Tonge = £2m Brunt = £3m Both of those are in the Premiership....
RE: How would you compare him to (say) Michael Tonge or Chris Brunt? Hammill could become another Tonge excellent in the Championship but not so great in the Premiership -:eg Robert Earnshaw
DREAMER ...YOU NOTHING BUT A DREAMER (supertramp) we have absolutely 1000000000000 million % zero chance of signing him full time. He is here for one thing and one thing only...to shine and show his potential...we are his shop window as have the other clubs he has been out on loan to... They too dreamed of keeping him..he has shown now that he has gone to a few clubs on loan and been an absolute STAR with a capital BRILLIANT, and shown massive potential for a bigger stage...we are just one more stepping stone in his career move to greater things. Sorry but we are only worthy of signing the likes of OdeDonkey etc.
aye but you have to think on that you obviously know 2 things about football nowt and **** all...by the looks of it
So you'll be offering congratulations to S Davey then?? For bringing this BRILLIANT young STAR to Oakwell, even on a short term loan??
At 19 and showing the desire, skill and will to win this lad will be the next Gerrard Imagine when he bulks up and becomes a young Stevey G Scary to think This is one player we can well and truley forget about signing
I don't think there has been a Barnsley Manager that has impressed me as much as Davey in market shame he just can't get it to click week in week out
no I am ,however, congratulating Hamill as he knew he would stand head and shoulders above the ***** we have here already
He might be but then again its more likely he will hardly (if ever) make a first team start for Liverpool.
aye he does impress in the market, and at car boot and jumble sales too...you can pick up... all manner of ***** there too
So Hammill instigated the deal then?? ... rang Davey up & said, Please can I come & play for your team, cos you'll make me look really good, and people will clap for me & then I'll get a place in the team at Anfield.
