So if someone's inept then it's not racist but it's definitely racist when some people call out Dianne Abbott? Half my blood family have Jamaican origin by the way so i've encountered plenty of racism through the years. You can't have it both ways.
No. You've spectacularly missed the point again. When Priti Patel says eleventy thousand million twelvty hundred and billlion million thousand and fourteenty we can call her inept. Why Diane Abbot drops a huge numerical bollock in a similar manner, we can call her inept. But when Rosena Allin-Kahn makes a very good point in the House of Commons which is immediately dismissed for reasons unknown, then you have to question why. When Diane Abbott is vilified for someone photoshopping her shoes, then you have to question why. If you go through my posting history (and nobody would want to do that unless doing time) then you'll see that I don't go to away games any more due to racial abuse aimed at various people that made me and my black brother in law extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed and scared - so I'm not playing the some of my best friends are black game either.
I'm not remotely suggesting you're not a thoroughly decent bloke: period. It's the hypocrisy I find distasteful.
Ignored the rest of it then? Let me sum it up for you. Politician talks ******** - criticism rightly given. Politician raises a valid question but is shot down - alarm bells and questions need to be asked why.
#AskTheHealthSecretary is trending so I think this video of him stuttering through the question is worth a post.....
