Best way to solve it is surely to further ration access to healthcare based upon ability to pay for it.

Can we all please stop with the petty passive aggressiveness on this subject. There seems to be a few posters on both sides of the fence who just seems to want to belittle the other sides arguments.

At the end of the day, we all voted for what we personally believed, and for the reasons we believed.

Also, many of us live in different areas, so can we please stop the petty points scoring about who has the best(and worst) doctors surgery. Like JamDrop's, my surgery ALWAYS has a sign up saying it is accepting new patients(and every time we go, there is another family filling their forms out), but if we want a routine appointment were waiting between 10 days and 3 weeks. For urgent same day appointments, its the ring at 8am job(with all slots taken by 8.10).

So come on now, we all know that things are going to get bad in the coming months/year, but seeing as we all live in the England(except Ian!), we're all in the same boat and need to all be hoping that things will work out for the best.

Also, England are still in the Euro's and 'Tarn are gearing up for Championship football again, so lets not be at each others throats, please?

The rules we make ourselves in this country, no unelected ***** can over rule them. If we don't like them then we can kick our MP's out when the time comes to vote

Most people seem angry, upset, gutted on the remain side mate and genuinely think it's a disaster. This is worse than a general election defeat for the losing side. Would have been the same on the other side there's that much at stake

I can walk into my GP's tomorrow morning, sit, wait and be seen within an hour. Every working day. From 8am until 12pm. If I want to book an appointment, on the phone or whatever, I'd never be waiting more than three working days.

I live in Bradford. It has a thousand times bigger rate of immigration here than Barnsley.

If you're in an area that does struggle in getting a doctors appointment, you're either registered at a very busy, under-resourced, under-staffed surgery, and/or you're feeling the pinch of the cuts to the NHS, cuts delivered by the Tory basterds you've now given free reign to. Because they've been reducing the finances going into the NHS because their MO is to privatise it. Ask Boris. He's made that clear on many occasions.

Blaming your inability to get a GP appointment on immigrants, without any facts to prove it... well, you'll do for Nige and Boris. Sadly, we'll have to do with you and them too. Cheers.
