I stayed in the mgm grand last october and as everyone has said it is HUGE. When i came out of my bedroom i couldnt see the other end of the coridor. Rooms are standard american stuff, humungous bed, telly, and bathroom, decorated to a good business standard. We did 4 nights there, followed by a flight to miami and then drove down the florida keys for 10 days, staying in key west and islamorada. Booked it through a company called Bon voyage who tailor made it to our spec. Flights, car and hotels. We tried pricing it up ourselves seperately and we couldnt get anywhere near their price. Recommended.
Not my company, no. I'm going to give them a try. It might not be for a couple of years yet, but we'll definitely do another USA/Canada road trip. Hopefully more than one. I'll price it up myself then give Bon Voyage a bell and if they can beat it I'll go with them. Bookmarked the page, so thanks for the tip.
It would work out alot cheaper if you booked everything yourself instead of going through an agent. I got an email just this morning offering us VIP rooms in Aria for $79 in August this year. Price the flights up on Virgin website. You can fly direct from Manchester to Vegas. And booking the hotels direct is cheaper too. visit lasvegas.com its a good website to start from.
Been a couple of times but find the strip a bit of a rip off, last time we stayed at the Orleans crackin hotel great rooms ,bars , casino etc the las vegas wranglers ice hockey team play there , thats a good night loads cheaper and you can still get down the strip. Try downtown vegas under the arch thats cool
