have internet providers clamped down on downloading sites

    It is at the moment and probably will remain so but its possible to get the isp's to block VPN's and proxies - would be a huge step to ban VPN though as most businesses rely on it - wonder how that works in places like China?

    the isp's should not be allowed to stop us viewing these websites as it is against our Human Rights, downloading the copyrighted material and selling it on or viewing it without permission of the owner isnt against out human rights, it is breaking the law.

    view the sites = yes
    download the material for personal gain = no (even though i wish we could)

    anyway keep downloading, chances of you getting done are very slim... no ones watching you
