Heading in junior football

    Difficult one this, I fully understand you don't want young players continually heading a ball but if you're got a player who can cross a ball especially on the run at that age do stop them doing that. If the lads/lasses are learnt and coached to play on the floor it doesn't go in the air much ,one thing I would stop is keepers been able to kick it out of their hands maybe have a line between the edge of the box and the half way line to encourage them to play out from the back and throw ins kept below head height.
