I'm imagining a series of snow angels, each one slightly different to the last, cunningly designed to portray a classic Reds goal from yesteryear.
Too much like hard work. I'll stick to taking videos of cars going backwards even though their wheels are rotating forwards.
Could be that they haven't got the budget to buy salt. YPO has a contract with Salt Union ( Cheshire) and Councils used to spend heavily on their annual gritting requirements. However, with Central Government cutting the budgets of LA's in the U.K. they have had to be very selective on what they spend money on. Thus far this is the second time this Winter we have had snow and some will have taken the decision not to grit, particularly as we are in lock down. Looking through the window it's obvious that Wakefield haven't gritted the roads in Ossett, as cars are making their way gingerly down the road. Talking to our son who lives in Holmfirth (Kirklees MC) the first time we had snow, who told us that the gritters in their area had been out in force.
Got to work but didn't go out delivering so will have to do two days tomorrow ( hopefully its not icey ) hant stopped eating since i came in .
