and yet, are the masses not forgetting something on here....PC is ill ...someone comes in with a decent offer for the club...Cryne family say yes to offer ...new mob want their own lad in....wheres that leave hecky.....sounds good sense to me..... cover all of ones options

 

Another factor that others should consider is that Hecky and his family is rooted in the town. That can be both a positive and negative situation. Especially for his young kids who attend Barnsley schools. IF team form dips, assistants take bungs or other issues arise at the club, they all end up in the headlights in their day to day lives. Passion for Barnsley is one thing, being responsible for Barnsley is another. There may be a day when furthering his career is good for his CV and his family's sanity.
