Glik worked his socks off, the sort of player that would run through a brick wall for you, or so it appeared. He may not be the prettiest player but he put in the hard miles last night. I was fearing that he'd never go off no matter how much he was hurting, so despite having sympathy for him I'm glad he did go off, it meant our lad got his chance against an England team that's worth billions, and he did us BFC fans proud.
I'd like him to stay and push on here. Yes we'd get a pretty penny but there aren't many better out there.
He'll probably be sold next summer, isn't he into his final year after that. He will have outgrown us so let's hope we get some good money in for him.

With a year left the player will hold all the aces and we won't get as much. I'd be tempted to cash in early if he won't sign a new deal. It's unlikely he'll kick on here unless there's an upturn in fortunes. We have Sibbick, Andersen, Halme, Moon and Kitching that can play centre back.
