Hemsworth Bypass flooded

I'm pretty sure the vid is between roundabout with moortop farmshop and other end towards Brierly. So its either open or closed. And of closed a detour through Hemsworth itself.

It's no bother I have to go one way or another myself anyway

 

When are they getting rid of those annoying speed bumps. Have to go through Houghton picking up George and taking him back.

Not much chance of that happening mate. They have to attend them every other day as it is, with bolts protruding out of them with the massive increase of HGVs cos of Goldthorpe by pass issues.

With most of the village complaining about them (with exception of those that don't drive or have a car) our esteemed councillors have put a crossing in, in probably about the worst place they can put one. So they won't change the speed humps to be more like the one further up the village.

 

Illegal water coming here from over there forcing us into small boats.

 

As long as you don't play FIFA with a pretty 21 year old blond and have a game of darts I shouldn't worry too much. Unless you're paddling an inflatable and you drop a dart.
