It's irrelevant who you are in some sense my friend. I don't know you from Adam... I do know that you are a human being at the end of the day just like the rest of us. We all deserve some respect and at times on this board there is a lack of it in my opinion.

Yes, what you say might be correct. I don't know if it is to be honest. But... even so, HT should be able to post without being insulted. It's not on. That's why I feel 'sorry' for him......Free speech is free but insults are easy.

If you are reading this Phil (I think that's your name), I've said some of this to you before.

Quite a bit of what you post is of a lot of value to me. I don't get to many away games and certainly not many u23/youth team games. Your insight into players outside the bubble of the first team is often seemingly well thought out and balanced. Excellent.

The trouble is that it is drowned by the bile you spout against whichever players you've happened to take a disliking to, regardless of how well they play they're always crap. If Sam Winnall got to 25 league goals this season you'd still fault him, saying anyone any good would have had 40 with all the chances he missed. You rubbish anyone who gets popular with fans.

In the past you've always taken umbridge against fan favourites, usually the better and most consistent performers, Luke Steele and Bobby Hassell as the best two examples.

It is abundantly clear that you do this to attract reaction. You have a good football eye it seems - so there is no way that you'd really believe a lot of what you write. Don't hide behind 'it's my opinion'. Because it clearly isn't.

If you cut out that kind of ***** and gave honest and fair appraisals of the first team alongside the stuff you used to regularly put on about the youngsters you would be amongst the most valued contributors in my opinion.

As it is, it seems to me that you've created this online persona and you can't help but play to the crowd, possibly due to relatively little real social interaction, I don't know. But honestly, you don't need to do it.

Anyway, have a good Christmas, I'll be there Monday with my little lad, front row of the east stand this time. If you see a fat bloke in glasses with a nine year old who other than being thin looks quite like him, that's probably us. I'd love to have a proper conversation about our squad and so on as I don't get to as many games as I'd like these days due to work.
