He downed tools like Cole for last part of the season, either that or he really just went ****.

 

I think he needs to unlock the door of the nearest hairdressers, to sort his fast fading mop out!.

Joking aside. Since when has someone who disagrees on a point have limited knowledge.
It's an opinion. Valid to them Just as much as yours is to you.

 

Glad he’s gone. We already have centre halves alergic to passing forwards we don’t need Herbie the crab to join them.

But then the BBS hates him because he was boring once on an interview and decided to try and better himself.

Personally I couldn't care less about his infamous interview. I've never watched it, just heard about it. I harbour no I'll feeling for him leaving either.

I just go by what I saw with my own eyes, and that was a very average player, who had about 4 or 5 good games a season. Don't think he's anywhere near the level to suggest we'll miss him.

 

First half of last season, along with Roberts, Kane was probably our best player. Then in the second half of the season, he faded away a bit.

I quite liked Herbie. Good on the ball, good passer and worked fairly hard I thought. My biggest criticism of Kane is that far too often he’d play the ‘easy’ ball, which was regularly a pass backwards to one of our centre halves. Someone of his quality should’ve been able to create more going forward and pick players out with progressive passes.

 

Pretty sure that other than opinions and females with large derrière’s, it’s inertia that keeps the earth spinning, not gravity…

Why would Cole down tools when he only had 6 months left on his contract and it being the last chance of one last big payday?

 

Sorry mate,he couldn't unlock his own front door using the key. How many forward defence splitting passes did he play compared to sideways or backwards passes? He was the new Butch Wilkins.

 

Frimpong came from Arsenals academy, doesn’t automatically mean you will be a world beater. There’s no doubting Kane is talented but we only saw some of his potential last season. Good player but not a huge miss. Some players and clubs just don’t fit and I think this was one of those occasions

Sorry mate it appears we are both wrong. My mrs says its Money and who am I to argue with her.
Whilst on about passing abilities. What has been noticeable in the few games we've seen, are some of the great long range passes from most members of the team. Defence especially.

 

I didn’t see the Northampton game, but thought Marc Roberts was woefully inaccurate with his long passes in the Mansfield game. Would have been better playing it out off the opposition and throwing it upfield.

Money certainly makes the football world go round. Hopefully signings incoming today/tomorrow.

 

We didn’t win without him last year. I think he’s a bigger loss than Cole.
