That's good, because the strike in 84 had a serious impact on crowds at Oakwell and the next generation of supporters. Yep, some lads go to most games and can easily spend £100 at time on top of their season ticket. It costs up to £50 travel to Oakwell, then there's away tickets, cup games, merchandise and of course, dear old beer. They probably don't want to be reminded what they spend and would be in bother if the WAGS found out. I'm a part timer and have done maybe only 2k this season on the Reds. It also takes up ALL of your Saturday getting to games and back, so every game is effectively an long away match. Send a message here and see who replies.
