    Only reason i can think of is that Waring has a back problem but id rather have a half fit Waring over a fully fit Higdon

    I dont mind loans if we can get them on a permo at the end or its a one time opportunity like Crowley i understand but something like this is the annoying part...

    Why dont we just go and get Izale Mcleod he is what we need and still not playing for Crawley he would be perfect???

    Cheap option as well! A year contract if he can get us promoted with a few goals i think it would be good investment

    There's no point moaning about this because the two Twitter accounts that have reported this appear very dodgy! Until I see a better known account reporting it or a journalist I trust I believe this report to be rubbish! Especially considering he's done nothing in this league and is a million miles away from the type of player we target age and mobility wise!

    Can't see this being true - aren't we already maxed out on loanees and all five we have are certs for the matchday squad? Therefore we would be loaning him to sit on his (allegedly lardy) backside?

    Hope the loan part isn't true but as a player it would be a decent signing imo. Yes only 2 goals in 13 games at Bramall Lane but he's had injury problems and otherwise he's scored around 1 in 2. Plus he's a physical presence which is what we need up front

    None of this makes any sense. We already have 5 loanees and LJ will be under an obligation to play them, with the possible exception of Wilkinson, otherwise we wouldn't have got them in the first place. Higdon doesn't seen to fit any of the criteria which the club bangs on about. Very puzzling or just not true.

    I've not seen much of him. Looks a big powerful lad but no record of goals corny in the English league.

    12 months ago I'd have taken him. Seems as though he's done nothing since going to that lot. Nothing stopping him from refinding his form. Would rather go back for Waring and sign up Jackson tbh

    Be devastated if we sign owt from them Manor Top scrubbers. Makes me not want to go.

    Sooner struggle on with a squad full of holes than recruit from there. ******* IS are preferable.
