    I dont know what we need to turn this around... Fresh ideas may just be whats needed...

    One thing you can guarentee is Higgy's commitment... as a player he had character, he was comitted, passionate, creative and attack minded... If he organise then and inspire he could be the answer

    Are you being serious here or is this sarcasm?

    The bloke missed out on promotion in the most bizarre way 2 years back, was second (i think) last year before leaving for Wigan and taking them on a brilliant run and getting in the play offs. No your right, no recent history of winning football games.

    Id be happy enough with him being appointed. Hes spent time learning the coaching trade, knows what the clubs about and I would imagine he'd be an attack minded manager. Only problem really would be would he be able to sort out the absolute shambles at the back?
