    It's nice to see the responses to this thread.

    The Reevatron Autopost 2000 and his ilk often make the board look a lot more negative than I think it really is.

    Did I just say that?

    I'm just hoping the big head goes away at the end of the season and has a long hard think about his players, tactics, formations and general all round performances, learns from both the good and bad, then comes back next season with a team and way of playing that starts bringing in the fans and gets the place rocking again.

    5 year plan. A post the other day said 3. Can someone enlighten me on what a plan is. I haven't seen or heard of one. And what is its end target. I'm sure as hell buggered if its just to survive year on year

    He's kept us up, and should be given the summer to strengthen us as he sees fit.

    I believe he's a good manager, and we're better with him than anyone else I can think of.

    No and no. deserves a chance to repeat his preseason miracles of last term. If you'd have offered me 4th bottom at the start of the season with the players we were signing and the money spent I'd have snapped your hand off.
