or was your survey conducted in the streets of london with regard to prices of cardboard boxes?

 

We're about half a mile down from Ashton Lane.

If you're going to be in any estate agents in the near future can you do me a favour, douse them in petrol and set them on fire. They're all vermin.

No - its the actual average figure paid for a house by first time buyers in the uk in 2006

 

not a dig. but I would suggest you either stuck a k after £154, or add ,000. That was my joke bit
