    The thing is, Jeff

If promotion isn't achieved for a number of clubs (possibly including Cardiff & Leicester) after heavy investment, they could well be in a similar financial crisis to Bristol City.

Maybe Bolton and Blackburn will have a high wage bill.

3 places, so many teams that don't want to go up, need to go up.

The answer is most of them. Portsmouth not learning was their downfall, clubs couldn't give a **** about profit and losses only us. This fair play won't be applied properly for 10-15 years.

    Quite possibly

Only three can go up and it appears that there's a number of clubs living on the edge. Failure to win promotion could well tip one or two over the edge.

What does this bit mean HT? 'many teams that don't want to go up, need to go up'? Teams that don't want to get promoted? :S i'm a bit confused by what that means.
