Decided to just buy mine, then go through the whole thing again and buy one for my niece. I've exceeded the number of tickets I'm allowed to buy and it won't let me buy any more at all. I can't give the club my money.
Just attempted to buy 3 online I've got an account but others are non season ticket holders , can't do it.
For a season ticket holder with a mate it's all a load of ****** designed to make you give up and pay £15 cos it's less hassle. I've bought loads of concert tickets on-line with no problem whatsoever and they don't want to know who you're buying them for. Is this third degree because they think some Burton fans might try and get in the Ponty End?
Here you go........ HELP WITH BUYING ONLINE - To activate your online season ticket account click Login/register but do not create a new account or log into a previously created account that is not linked to your season ticket. Click the 'Activate My Account' link which is situated directly below the password box. Simply enter your Client Reference Number (found on your season card) and your surname. You can also easily buy tickets for other people in the one transaction by adding them to your account. Click 'My Account' (at the top of the screen) and then 'My Network' (blue globe symbol at the top right). If you are adding another season ticket holder select 'Existing User' and enter their CRN and surname. To add a non season ticket holder select 'Register a New User' and enter their details. If you are registering a child or someone without an email address you can use your own email address but choose a different password. You will now be able to add multiple tickets to your basket and assign tickets to each client when prompted. Not all fixtures will require you to assign each client but for games with restricted sales or games when the 'Add to Season Card' function is enabled you will be required to allocate each ticket to a different client.
It does seem unnecessarily onerous. I just bought a couple of cup tickets without validating the season ticket card or whatever.
My and mam are season ticket holders but only my account is activated online. I just went on and logged in and bought 2 tickets for the ponty end. It was as easy as anything, the tickets was posted out 1st class as we 'chose' to have them posted out (50p in total for postage) rather than print at home or collect from box office. I went to the JPT earlier in the season and paid online and had the ticket added to my season ticket, that was easy as well. Don't get all the confusion?
Re: Here you go........ Fook me. Why all that fuss just to buy a couple of tickets for a 1st round FA Cup match? Go on Arena website for any Ice hockey game and you can pick your seats for as many people as you like, no questions asked.
I failed. My account somehow only had my daughter on it - can't remember my patron number either. Couldn't assign tickets to anyone but her. Also I looked at my history but there was no evidence of any transactions on my account even though I've bought loads of tickets through it in the past. Bit confused and I'm sure I can sort it but didn't have the spare time.
Re: Here you go........ I had the same problem. I tried to add people to my 'network' but I could'nt do it. Maybe I'm just thick!?!
not getting all this complexity at all. not sure why anyone is trying to add anyone to anything. i've just been back into the online ticketing site and tested this for both FA Cup and League tickets. i was able to add multiple tickets, for several games, in any available part of the stadium, and add them all to my basket. very simple to me.
